Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Belief Sports. We aim to deliver a smooth and satisfactory purchasing experience for every customer. In line with UK consumer law, we provide the following returns, refunds, and delivery policies across our standard product range and Club Shop orders.
Standard Returns Policy (Non-Club Shop Orders)
We offer returns and exchanges on all products that are not personalised. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Reason for returnOnce approved, we’ll provide the return address. Items must be returned within 14 days of approval. Please note:
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
We recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service
Return Conditions
Item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
Must include all original tags and packaging
Items not meeting these conditions will not be refunded
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for any personalised items, including garments with initials, numbers, or letters. These items are made to order and therefore non-refundable under any circumstances, unless a manufacturing fault is present.
Please confirm sizes, details, and spelling with your club before placing a personalised order.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days of receiving and verifying the returned item.
Belief Sports reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
Club Shop Orders – Terms & Conditions
Orders placed via the Club Shop on the Clubs Hub platform are processed in bulk on behalf of clubs, schools, and institutions. These are subject to specific delivery and refund terms outlined below.
Delivery Timeframes
Stock items: Delivered within 4–5 weeks of the club shop closing date
Sublimated/custom items: Delivered within 6–7 weeks of the club shop closing date
These timeframes exclude public holidays and seasonal closures (e.g. Christmas)
Important: Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:
Factory or supplier backlogs
Logistics company disruptions
Quality control rejections and remakes
Delays within the stated delivery timeframe are not valid grounds for refunds.
If a delay exceeds 2 weeks beyond the delivery timeframe and is clearly due to Belief Sports, a refund may be offered if the customer is unable to wait for the item.
Bulk Delivery to Clubs
Orders are usually delivered in bulk to the club’s designated office, either in person by a member of our team or via a third-party courier service.
Once the delivery is made to the club, school, or campus office, it is considered fulfilled and complete
Belief Sports does not manage or track individual item collection from the club’s end
We are not liable for lost or uncollected items once delivered to the club
No returns or refunds will be accepted for any Club Shop item after it has been dispatched to the club office
It is the responsibility of the customer (or the person placing the order) to follow up with their club regarding collection or distribution issues.
Home Delivery Orders (Where Available)
If home delivery is selected:
Orders are shipped with a tracking number. If tracking confirms non-delivery, customers may request support from Belief Sports.
If the issue is confirmed to be due to a Belief Sports error, a full refund will be issued. However, delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or shipping carriers are not grounds for refunds. Timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed.
Final Notes
Refund disputes or chargebacks—particularly those raised via PayPal—that do not adhere to the terms of this policy will be declined and contested.
